Introduction
Onfull warehouse managment system (WMS) is a system designed to organize work of warehouses and distributed centers
Context
In the context of this project, we employed a design sprint created by our team. This sprint brought together designers, managers, and analytics experts, who collaborated smoothly to assist you in achieving your goals and crating unique product.
Goal
Our goal was to transform traditional warehouse management, shifting from basic Google Sheets to a sophisticated, efficient system. We aimed to enhance operational efficiency, accuracy, and scalability in inventory and logistics management.
Task
We conducted extensive research in various warehouses to understand the limitations and challenges of using previous methods. This allowed us to identify critical areas for improvement and prioritize the development of a user-friendly, efficient system.
Solution
We developed Onfull WMS through a modular, iterative approach, focusing on essential aspects of warehouse management, such as inventory tracking and order processing. Integrating QR technology and real-time tracking, we continuously incorporated user feedback.

Comprehensive Brief Verification
Delve into the advanced brief verification module, where ware-house administrators can configure the checking flow of user orders.



This powerful tool enables managers to scrutinise every detail by ID/SKU, track all boxes containing specific items, and access the complete handling history – from reception to packaging and dispatch, with precise time and date records.
